These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Brilai (https://brilai.app), operated by [RAZÓN SOCIAL], with registered address at [CALLE Y NÚMERO, COLONIA, C.P., CIUDAD, ESTADO, MÉXICO] ("Brilai", "we" or "us").
By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. The service
Brilai offers short online lessons to learn how to use AI tools at work, with exercises, progress tracking and completion certificates.
- Brilai is an independent educational service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Canva, CapCut, Gamma or any other company whose tools we mention. Trademarks belong to their owners.
- Third-party tools are governed by their providers' own terms and pricing.
- Brilai certificates are completion certificates issued by us. They are not accredited academic credentials.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be 18 or older to subscribe. Minors may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the purchase. Your account is personal. You sign in with a code we email you, so keep your email account secure.
3. Plans, pricing and automatic renewal
Plans are subscriptions of 1, 4 or 12 weeks and a one-time lifetime plan. Prices on the English site are shown in US dollars; prices in Mexican pesos include VAT.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: When you subscribe, you give your express consent for us to automatically charge the payment method on file at the end of each period, at the then-current price, until you cancel:
- the 12-week plan renews as the 12-week plan;
- the 1-week and 4-week plans, when their first period ends, renew as the 12-week plan and every 12 weeks after that, unless you choose beforehand in Profile → Your subscription to keep your current plan.
Before you pay, we show you today's amount and the plan, amount and frequency of the next renewal.
Lifetime plan: a one-time payment with no renewals or automatic charges. It gives access to Brilai for as long as the service operates. If we ever stop operating the service, we'll notify you at least 90 days in advance.
Promotions: promotional discounts apply to the first payment of a subscription only unless the offer clearly says otherwise, and don't apply to the lifetime plan. Renewals are charged at the regular price of the plan that renews.
Price changes: if we change your plan's price, we'll notify you in advance and the new price will apply from your next renewal. You can cancel before it takes effect.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, online, effective immediately, with no fees or penalties:
- in the app under Profile → Cancel automatic renewal, or
- by emailing [soporte@tudominio.com].
After you cancel, you won't be charged again and you'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
5. Refunds
Because access to digital content is immediate, partially used periods are not refunded on a prorated basis, except:
- if you were charged after canceling,
- if you were charged twice or in error, or
- if you couldn't access the service due to a failure on our side.
In those cases we'll refund the full corresponding amount. Email [soporte@tudominio.com]. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Acceptable use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content while your subscription is active. You may not share your account, resell, copy or redistribute lesson content, scrape the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with notice where possible.
7. Educational content, results and AI
- Lessons are for educational purposes and are not professional, legal, tax, financial or medical advice.
- We do not guarantee specific results such as raises, income or sales. Third-party statistics quoted on the site are shown with their source and are not a promise of individual results.
- AI tools can produce incorrect information. You are responsible for checking what they generate and for not sharing other people's personal or confidential data with them.
8. Intellectual property
Brilai's content (text, exercises, design, logos and mascot) is owned by [RAZÓN SOCIAL] or used with permission. Third-party videos shown in lessons belong to their creators and are embedded using the platform's own embedding tools.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur. We may update, add or remove content to improve it; if we remove a substantial part of the service you paid for, we'll offer a fix or a prorated refund.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Brilai is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service or third-party tools. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law or your mandatory consumer rights.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version with its date on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the changes take effect.
12. Governing law and contact
